Online
Ordering
- Find a product you'd
like to buy.We have 3 ways to find products.
· Search or Browse-You can Search for specific items or Browse by category using the Just Hike links on the top of each page. ·Top Navigation Tabs-Click on
the top Navigation tabs such as "Products"
or "Pack & Go" to take you directly to the page you want.
- Choose your product
from the Product Information page.
- Type the quantity
you'd like in the "Quantity" box.
- Click the item to see enlarged view and choose variations. Click the "Add to
Cart" button.
· Update Your Shopping Cart-To remove an item click the Trash Can. To change your quantity type in the quantity you'd
like and then click the "Update" button.
- Continue shopping
or checkout from the Shopping Cart page.
· Click Continue Shopping-To return to the product page.
· Split Shipment-
Click "Split Shipment" to ship items to different locations.
· Checkout-When you have completed shopping, click the "Checkout" button.
- Shipping Status-Most
items ship within 48 hours, Monday-Friday.

If you don't wish to place your order over the Internet, Just Hike makes it
easy to order by phone, fax or mail.

Website-Select your gear, write down the item numbers before calling.
Item numbers are located by the photos on all Product Information pages.

Ordering by Fax or Mail
- Use a Just Hike Mail
/ fax-in order form
- Fill out the order
form, remembering to include complete product numbers (which can be found
online by the photos on all Product Information pages) and desired color/size
information.
- Pay for your order
with Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express or Discover Card, money order, cashier's
check, traveler's check for mail orders. For fax orders we accept bankcards
only.
- Fax or mail your order

mailing in payment, please note there is no guarantee that your selected product
will still be available by the time your payment arrives. If an item you selected
is no longer available, we will send you a credit or refund.

Gift
Ordering
- Select an item
and add it to your Shopping Cart. Click "Add to Cart", proceed to the Order
Form, and then fill out the required information.
- Check the "Is
This Item is a Gift?" box under the "Shipping Information" heading
to have your purchase shipped as a gift to a separate address.
- Gift Message-To
include a gift message on the packing slip, enter your message in the "Additional
Information / Comments" space provided.
For U.S. gift orders, we
will remove the price tag(s) and send the order invoice to your "Billing Address."
The person at the "Shipping Address" will receive the items and a packing list
with item numbers but no prices.
Gift orders do not
include wrapping. We recommend letting recipients know in advance that
they'll be receiving a gift from you in the mail.
Out
of Stock Items
If the product or color
or size you want is not listed in the "Choose Your Color/Size" drop-down box
on the Product Information page, it is not available at this time. Please check
back later-it may be in stock the next time you shop.
- Backordering-Sometimes
a product or color or size you select is temporarily unavailable. When you
place that item in your Shopping Cart, you will be asked if you would like
to backorder it. The item will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available.
If the backordered
item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order and notify
you via e-mail. You may cancel a backordered item by emailing us at sales@justhike.com
or calling 360-260-0654

Payment
Methods
- Online and Phone-You
may pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. For our Mail/Fax-in order form in addition to bankcards,
we accept money order, cashier's check, traveler's check.
However, we are unable to reserve merchandise until your money order, cashier's
check, traveler's check arrives. There is no guarantee that the merchandise
you selected will still be available by the time your order arrives.
Changing or Canceling an Order
Please review your order carefully. Once you click the "Submit Order" button,
our fulfillment process begins and no changes can be made to your order. However,
you may cancel a backordered item by emailing us at sales@justhike.com
or calling 360-260-0654
