Ordering by Phone
Use a Just Hike Mail / Fax-in order form
- From the Just Hike Website-Select your gear, write down the item numbers before calling. Item numbers are located by the photos on all Product Information pages.

Ordering by Fax or Mail
- Use a Just Hike Mail / fax-in order form
- Fill out the order form, remembering to include complete product numbers (which can be found online by the photos on all Product Information pages) and desired color/size information.
- Pay for your order with Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express or Discover Card, money order, cashier's check, traveler's check for mail orders. For fax orders we accept bankcards only.

Gift Ordering
- Select an item and add it to your Shopping Cart. Click "Add to Cart", proceed to the Order Form, and then fill out the required information.
- Check the "Is This Item is a Gift?" box under the "Shipping Information" heading to have your purchase shipped as a gift to a separate address.
- Gift Message-To include a gift message on the packing slip, enter your message in the "Additional Information / Comments" space provided.
For U.S. gift orders, we will remove the price tag(s) and send the order invoice to your "Billing Address." The person at the "Shipping Address" will receive the items and a packing list with item numbers but no prices.
Gift orders do not include wrapping. We recommend letting recipients know in advance that they'll be receiving a gift from you in the mail.
Inventory Note
If the product or color or size you want is not listed in the "Choose Your Color/Size" drop-down box on the Product Information page, it is not available at this time. Please check back later-it may be in stock the next time you shop.
- Backordering-Sometimes a product or color or size you select is temporarily unavailable. When you place that item in your Shopping Cart, you will be asked if you would like to backorder it. The item will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available. If the backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you via e-mail. You may cancel a backordered item by emailing us at sales (at) justhike.com Please review your order carefully. If you have items on backorder that you would like to cancel, email us at sales (at) justhike.com or call 360-931-1180
Payment Methods
- Online and Phone-You may pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. For our Mail/Fax-in order form in addition to bankcards, we accept money order, cashier's check, traveler's check. However, we are unable to reserve merchandise until your money order, cashier's check, traveler's check arrives. There is no guarantee that the merchandise you selected will still be available by the time your order arrives.
- Our Guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at JUST HIKE meets your high standards or you can return it for a replacement or refund. Unless, the item is defective, not as advertised, or wrong product shipped, we do not refund return shipping and there will be a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated on a sliding scale based on the total dollar amount of your purchase. We've adopted this system so that it would be easy to understand and be friendly to both our retail and wholesale customers. All shipping fees will be displayed within your shopping cart upon checkout.

Many products ordered from Just Hike are shipped directly from the company that manufactures the product, so if you order more than one item, each may arrive in a separate package. However, your single order will reflect the total cost, including shipping, regardless of the number of items you buy.

Return Policy
The key to our return policy is that your satisfaction is guaranteed. We want you to be happy with your purchase and continue shopping for your hiking/outdoor gear needs at JustHike.com. For that reason, we offer returns for any item with no questions asked, within 10 days. You will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of $3.50. Return requests received outside of the 10 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. To request a return, please email us at returns (at) justhike.com
Damaged Merchandise:
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects:
If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, call Just Hike Returns Dept. at 360-931-1180 for instructions. Do not return items to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.
Handling Fee Explained
Vendors charge handling fees which we do not pass on to our customers at the time of the sale. When a return is made that fee is not credited back to us and we of necessity must deduct the handling fee from your credit. Typically handling fees are $2.50 or $3.00 depending on the vendor.
After 10 days the return of non-defective merchandise when authorized may incur a 15% re-stocking fee. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written on the box.
After a return is authorized by our return department:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.
Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

·Top Navigation Tabs-Click on the top Navigation tabs such as "Products" or "Pack & Go" to take you directly to the page you want.
- Choose your product from the Product Information page.
- Type the quantity you'd like in the "Quantity" box.
- Click the item to see enlarged view and choose variations. Click the "Add to Cart" button.
· Update Your Shopping Cart-To remove an item click the Trash Can. To change your quantity type in the quantity you'd like and then click the "Update" button.
- Continue shopping or checkout from the Shopping Cart page.
· Click Continue Shopping-To return to the product page.
· Split Shipment- Click "Split Shipment" to ship items to different locations.
· Checkout-When you have completed shopping, click the "Checkout" button.
- Shipping Status-Most items ship within 48 hours, Monday-Friday.
